Pure Contracts is a collection of four highly experienced directors with fluent understanding of the building industry and all the trials and tribulations it presents but more importantly are competent in overcoming any problems.

Steve Osborn

Steve is an elder statesmen of vast experience within the building and property industry and has overseeen countless refurbishments, dilapidations and new builds even including an operating theatre for the Royal college or Surgeons. Steve understands working within clients budgets and tailoring works to suit their individual requirements and would be pleased to develop close working relationships that can build trust & longevity.

With 25 years experience in the construction sector, Dan is a certified professional estimator dedicated to adhering to client budgets. He recognizes the significance of collaborating closely with clients to produce results that surpass their expectations. He has successfully managed numerous high profile projects in London and across Europe ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.

With over 25 years experience in the building industry, Doug Osbourn brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. His backround spans all levels of the industry - from on site work to senior management accross a diverse range of developments including leisure, commercial and high end residential projects. He has a strong eye for detail, and excels at meeting critical deadlines within budget.

Robert Smith

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, I’m a dedicated construction professional committed to delivering projects that stand the test of time. My expertise spans across residential/commercial/industrial/infrastructure projects, where I’ve led teams, managed budgets, coordinated subcontractors. I also have expertise in recruitment and have established a wide set of skills in finding white collar professionals to run large scale construction projects and work with numerous large plc construction contractors on a world wide basis.
